We're headquartered in Plainview and run a single route across the county rather than franchising out to different operators — so the groomer who shows up at your door in Oyster Bay is the same one your neighbor in Plainview or Hicksville already knows and trusts.
In practice, our route follows a loose geographic rhythm — we're often in the towns closest to our Plainview home base multiple times a week, and out on the North Shore or in the Greenvale and Old Westbury area on set days depending on demand. That means exact availability varies by town and by day: some appointments can be booked within a day or two, while others — especially farther from our home base — may need a few extra days' notice. We'll always confirm your actual appointment window and any parking details when you book, rather than promising a specific same-day slot up front.

As our home base, Plainview is where the van starts every morning, which often means a bit more scheduling flexibility here than in farther-out towns. Most homes near Manetto Hill Road, South Oyster Bay Road, and the neighborhoods around Plainview-Old Bethpage John F. Kennedy High School have driveways with plenty of room to park. It's also where Woof Woof first built its reputation for calm, cage-free grooming — the same standard now used at every stop on the route.

Old Bethpage sits right next to our home base, so it's often one of the easiest towns to fit into a tight schedule, including some same-week or even same-day requests. The hamlet's quiet streets near Old Bethpage Village Restoration and Round Swamp Road tend to have generous driveway space, and many families here share the Plainview-Old Bethpage school district with their Plainview neighbors. It's a low-friction stop on our route — no long drive, no parking puzzle, just a quick pull into the driveway.

Bethpage is best known for Bethpage State Park's championship golf courses, but the neighborhoods around Central Avenue and Stewart Avenue are classic colonials and starter homes with straightforward driveway parking. Woodbury is one of the quieter, more spread-out towns on our route, with larger lots that make finding a spot for the van simple, whether you're near Woodbury Country Club or closer to the Jericho Turnpike corridor. A number of clients here work at the office parks along Route 135 and like being able to book a mid-day appointment around the workday rather than losing part of a weekend. There's rarely a need for special parking arrangements — just a driveway and a dog ready to be groomed.

It's a quick, easy stop once we know your block — no salon parking to fight for.

Bayville sits on a narrow peninsula with Long Island Sound on one side and Oyster Bay Harbor on the other, giving it a relaxed, beach-town feel year-round. Most homes are within walking distance of public beaches, and while streets near the water can get busier on summer weekends, that never changes how the appointment works — we park at your home and groom your dog right there. Booking a few days ahead during peak beach season helps guarantee your preferred time.

Locust Valley is one of the more established Gold Coast communities on our route, home to Friends Academy, the private Piping Rock Club, and a walkable downtown along Birch Hill Road. East Norwich sits at the crossroads of Route 25A and Route 106, a quieter, more rural stretch of the North Shore known for horse farms and larger properties near Muttontown Preserve. Driveway parking is rarely an issue here — many families already coordinate visits from farriers, vets, and landscapers, and a mobile groomer fits the same routine. It's a regular stop on our North Shore route, sitting conveniently between Oyster Bay and Locust Valley.

Greenvale is one of the smallest hamlets we serve, best known for Wheatley Plaza at the intersection of Northern Boulevard and Glen Cove Road. Away from that commercial corner, it's quietly residential, with larger estate-style homes that leave plenty of room for the van. Because the hamlet is so small, a lot of our Greenvale clients already know their neighbors are booking us too — it's a tight-knit stop on the North Shore route.
Old Westbury, NY
Old Westbury is known for some of the largest residential lots in Nassau County, home to Old Westbury Gardens and the NYIT and SUNY Old Westbury campuses. With properties this size, parking is never a concern — the van fits easily on long driveways near Wheatley Road without disrupting anything. Gated entrances are common here, so we just ask clients to mention their setup when booking so we can plan access ahead of time.
