That's expected. We keep first visits short and won't force a full groom if a puppy needs more time. Building comfort matters more than finishing every step in one sitting.

Not usually on the very first visit — the focus is comfort and positive association. Breed-specific styling is something we build toward once your puppy is a confident, regular client.
